Tea : 6 oz hot

Amaretto : 2 oz

Whipped cream : Chilled

Pour hot tea into a pousse-cafe glass, using a spoon in glass to prevent cracking. Add amaretto, but do not stir. Top with chilled whipped cream and serve.
