Lemon peel : 1 long strip

Brandy : 2 oz

Ginger ale : 5 oz

Bitters : 2 dashes

Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into highball glass with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon zest. If desired, add dashes of Angostura Bitter.
