Coconut Liqueur : 30 ml

Grapefruit Juice : 75 ml

Soda Water : Top

Mix the coconut liqueur (preferably tequila) with the grapefruit juice and top with soda water. Garnish with a large grapefruit slice against the inside of the glass.
