Light rum : 1 oz

Sweet Vermouth : 1/2 oz

Lemon : Juice of 1/2

Powdered sugar : 1 tsp

Egg white : 1

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.
